Two Ergonomic Handles

The THORQUE drain cleaner probe is made with a modern, simple and effective design. It is equipped with two comfortable handles thanks to which the use of the product is simplified compared to products with a single handle. The two handles are made of PP plastic. It is advisable for two people to use the product: the first to lower the probe into the clogged drain and the second to rotate comfortably with the two handles. If the probe is used independently, slowly lower the probe and rotate with the two handles to remove the obstruction.

Claw

The THORQUE drain cleaner probe has a # 70 carbon steel claw at its end to ensure the highest possible quality, efficiency and effectiveness. The steel in question is extremely resistant therefore it is suitable for removing any obstruction of a solid nature that may nest inside the pipes in your home. The claw allows you to push the obstructions and free the pipes and at the same time it can collect hair residues or other residues that can nest inside the pipes.

1. Insert the probe

Remove the reusable strap and unroll the drain cleaning probe. Slowly insert the probe into the obstructed tubing and lower until the obstruction is reached. During the insertion phase of the product it is not necessary to exert force or quickly lower the probe which could get twisted.

The drainage probe is a flexible and resilient product so it will adapt to the shape of the pipeline and is equipped with a carbon steel claw, strong enough to remove obstructions.

2. Remove the obstruction

Once the obstruction has been reached, it will be necessary to rotate the probe counterclockwise and give continuous taps to understand the extent of the obstruction as well as the depth and size of the obstruction itself.

If the anti-clockwise rotation movement is not sufficient, lift the drain cleaning probe and reinsert it slowly until the obstruction is reached again. At this point, tap the obstruction before turning the probe counterclockwise to remove the plug that has formed.

3. Remove the probe

Once the obstruction has been eliminated, rewind, rotating the drain cleaning probe with the two handles, to remove the product from the pipe. During this phase it is necessary, as for the insertion of the probe, patience and not to make sudden movements, not necessary and which can lead to the product twisting.

Slowly raise the probe by rewinding it and once it has come out of the pipe, remove any impurities that have escaped from the claw and the probe.

4. Put the probe back

At the end of the product use procedure, clean the drain cleaning probe with water, soap and disinfectant to avoid cracking or damage to the probe itself and the creation of odors and molds.

Cleaning is a necessary step to maintain all the characteristics of the product and avoid corrosion of the metal.

At the end of cleaning, rewind the drain cleaning probe and close again using the reusable strap.
