Cold Therapy
Use as cold gel packs in the early (acute) stage of a sports injury or following joint surgery to relieve pain, prevent swelling and cool tissue temperature. Also useful for those suffering from fevers, night sweats, headaches, eczema, sunstroke, toothache etc
Heat Therapy
Use as hot packs to increase blood flow to the tissue at site of injury to promote healing and relaxation. Hot/heat packs are excellent for non-inflammatory complaints such as sciatica, lumbago (low back pain),muscle ache and muscle tension.
