Here are some quick and easy sample recipes.
1.Diffusion: Place 10 drops of Frankincense essential oil or any of your favorite essential oils for diffuser. Close lid. Press ??on?? and let the aroma fill the room.
2.Bug repellent: Mix 5 drops of Lemon essential oil, 10 drops of Eucalyptus, 20 drops of Citronella, and 2 cups of water. Pour into a sprayer and squirt around you and yourself.
3.Toilet rolls: Place 3-6 drops of Rosemary essential oil on the inside of the cardboard tube of a roll of toilet paper. The aroma will fragrance the bathroom with every turn!
4.Massage: Mix 10ml of base oil with 5 drops of Rose essential oil before massaging on skin.
5.Bath/Shower: Add 3-5 drops of oil(s) to hot bath water or shower steam before stepping in.
6.Yoga: Rub a roll-on on your wrists or place a few drops of oil(s) on a tissue and place it in front of your mat

B. Method to improve the fragrance durability:
1. Recommended method of use: a. Essential oil diffuser to diffuse fragrance; b. Use it with aroma diffuser. Generally, 4-6 drops in 300ML water, or according to your personal preference; c. Massage with essential oils: Mix it with pure oil and apply to the skin;
2. Range of use: Take the aroma diffuser as an example: Generally, 300ML-500ML aroma diffuser is recommended to be used in a room of 15 to 25?O, where the fragrance and durability will be better, the same applies to the use of essential oil diffuser. The smaller the range, the stronger the fragrance and the higher the durability
