What is special about the CO-9X is that it has an internal power pack that will power the alarm for 7 years, meaning you never need to worry about changing the batteries. They can also be taken on holiday. All FireAngel CO alarms are independently tested by either LPCB or BSI Kitemark and certified to the latest European standard BS EN 50291:2010.
