- Fractional Filtration: Fractional filtration is adopted on our 25 LB commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 13 GPM (49 LPM). The interior space is divided into three different filter areas. Solid waste and grease will be filtered by the waste-collecting basket firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
- Thickened SUS Material: Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, our 25 LB commercial grease trap, measuring 23.6×11.8×11.8 inch (60x30x30 cm) in dimensions, features durability and sturdiness. The rust & corrosion-proof surface is easy to clean and hard to deform. The inside filter basket with dense mesh also adopts stainless steel, which can effectively stop the solid waste and grease in the first step.
- Reliable Sealing Effect: As a piece of rugged equipment for filtering the kitchen waste and separating oil & water, this commercial grease trap spotlights the excellent sealing effect. The lid fits perfectly into the oil separating tank. The water inlet and drain outlet are also firmly welded to the body of the grease interceptor, from the comfort of which the water pipes can be connected tightly. Besides, the PTFE tape is also included in the package.
- 2 Installation Methods: With two installation methods available, you can connect our commercial grease trap to your kitchen sink without difficulty. For one type, link the grease pipe to the higher side inlet hole and the water pipe to the lower outlet hole, then it will work properly. For the other, the grease pipe can also be put into the inlet hole on the lid. You can place this grease interceptor right below the drainage outlet of the sink or bury it underground for space-saving concerns.
