Pump foam applicator firmly and apply liberally to an Application Mitt before using long, sweeping motions to smooth over legs, arms, and body. Use the remaining residue on the mitt for face, elbows, and knees. Skin may be washed after one hour. For a long-lasting dark tan, leave foam on skin for up to 6 hours. Shower with warm water and gently pat skin dry.
