- Step 2: Put 1 packet of salt, then fully mixed.
- Step 3: Hold the bottle upside down, gently insert the tip into one nostril. Press the button on the valve to start the flow of the solution. Release the button to stop the flow of solution.
- Step 4: Repeat steps 3 for your other nostril.
- Wash bottle for nasal nose Let’s have a healthy nose and enjoy the fresh air.
