WHAT TYPE OF HEADLIGHTS IS THE KIT FOR?
The Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restorer is recommended for removal and restoration of oxidization from automotive clear plastic headlight and rear light lenses, or for removing scratches from clear plexiglass, plastic windows or other translucent plastics.

HOW TO USE TURTLE WAX HEADLIGHT LENS RESTORER

STEP 1Rub a small amount of the clarifying compound onto one of your lenses with a clean microfiber cloth to determine the level of headlight restoration needed. If there is severe oxidation that requires more effort to remove, follow the next steps. Otherwise, skip to Step 4. |
STEP 2Wipe oxidation clearly from both lenses with sanding pad #1, using water as a lubricating agent. You will soon notice the yellowing and oxidation rinsing off the surface of your headlights.Flip over your sanding pad to the side labeled #2 and repeat sanding, continuing to use water as a lubricant to wipe off any remaining oxidation from your headlights. |
STEP 3After both headlights have been wiped clean, buff the clarifying compound into the lenses with a microfiber cloth for maximum clarity.Dry your headlights completely. |
STEP 4Apply the acrylic clear coat sealing wipe in an even layer to protect your headlights from further oxidation, moving quickly before product begins to cure. |
