If you cannot connect to the Bluetooth wireless sports headphones, try the following steps to reset:
1. Remove the two wireless earphones from the charging box, press and hold the multi-function button for 4 seconds to turn off the earphones.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the multi-function buttons on both headphones for 5 seconds, then release them after the red and blue lights flash.
3. Double-click the right ear multi-function button, wait 3-5 seconds, the wireless headset will connect automatically, when the blue light of the other headset slowly flashes, it means both sports bluetooth headsets have been successfully paired.
4. If the other headset is flashing red and blue alternately, it indicates that it has entered the pairing state and is requesting to be paired with the phone.
5. If the above method does not work, delete the connection record from the phone and then search again to pair.
6. In addition, you can try to replace different equipment to detect if there are any equipment problems.
Question 2: My earbuds cannot be charged anymore, what should i do?
Before charging the earphones, remember to wipe the sweat off the earphone charging port with a cloth before putting it into the charging case.
