1. What’s pickup?

Pickup is just like microphone, microphone is suitable for human vocal, and musical instrument has its own specialized microphone, called pickup

2. What’s function of the pickup?

The role of pickup is to put instrument’s sound transfer to musical instrument or mixer, released by the speaker to make the sounds louder.

3. Why does a guitar hum if standing by an amp but hums less when you turn to a different direct?

The hum you hear in your amplifier is usually caused by stray magnetic fields generated from the output and power transformers in your amplifier. It is commonly called 60 cycle hum and is one of the major problems that occur with single coil pickups. There are various single coil sized humbucking pickups on the market that can be used to reduce unwanted hum in your guitar With standard single coil pickups as you change direction to your amp, you change the phase angle in relationship to your instrument. If you are near computer monitors, radiation and internal electronics can transmit unwanted signals into your instrument.

NOTE:

2??Passive pickups need to be connected to external speakers. Computer speakers will cause no sound. If you think the sound is low, you can turn up the middle and high pitches and lower the bass.

3??Non-marking sticker will not harm the paint of the guitar. Please twist the pickup carefully instead of trying to peel it off it can be done without leaving adhesion stuck to the instrument.
