Designed to make looking after your biOrb as simple as possible, the biOrb service kit comes with everything you need to keep your biOrb clean:
- New filter cartridge
- Cleaning pad to wipe off any algae or dirt from the sides of the tank
- Water treatments – use the first sachet on the new water going into the tank & then use the second to boost the good bacteria in the whole tank
Changing your service kit is simple

Twist out bubble tubeWhen you’re ready to replace your service kit just twist the bubble tube anti-clockwise. The service kit should lift up with the bubble tube |
Remove the service kitHolding the old service kit twist the bubble tube clockwise.This should disconnect the old service kit from the bubble tube. |
Attach the new service kitHolding the new service kit twist the bubble tube anti-clockwise.It should be firmly secured onto the bubble tube. |
Place the service kit back into the biOrbSlowly and carefully lower the service kit into your biOrb.Be sure not to trap any fish who might be swimming around! When the service kit is in the filter housing you can twist the bubble tube clockwise to lock the kit in place. |
