Suction Cup Application

Flat & Smooth Dashboard: If the dashboard is flat and smooth, please install the suction cup directly on it. (The dash pad/red sticker is designed to create a flat surface for the textured dashboard).
Textured & Uneven Dashboard: The dash pad is for one-time use. Before mounting the suction cup on a Textured or Uneven Dashboard, please press the pad hard for 1min and let the dash pad sit for one day for high stickiness, THREE DAYS to have super stickiness.
Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup after using it for a long time, which can restore its stickiness.
We do not recommend applying the suction cup on the leather, wall, or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong viscosity and attraction. In such a case, please install it on the windshield or air vent instead.

Air Vent Application

It is recommended to use air clips for horizontal blades, NOT for vertical, cross, and round air vent.
If the weather is getting too hot, please use the air vent clip instead.

Phone Case Application:

If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
Please note that the total thickness of the phone case & phone should be less than 0.6″. It is not suitable for ring case or other phone cases with a bulge on the back.
