Corsodyl Spray
Corsodyl Spray features a handy pump action nozzlefor anyone who has difficulty rinsing with a mouthwash. Available inmint flavour, it is an intensive treatment to treat and prevent gumdisease, such as red, swollen or bleeding gums.
Its antimicrobial formulation is clinically proven to treat the first stage of gum disease, gingivitis, and is designed as a short term treatment, to be used alongside a good daily oral care routine.
It’s important to act fast to prevent symptoms of gingivitis, likebleeding, red or swollen gums, from eventually developing into theirreversible second stage of gum disease, periodontitis, which can, ultimately, cause tooth loss.
Becauseof its spray action it is especially effective for anyone needing totarget specific areas of the mouth or who prefer not to use mouthwash.It can also be used to help gums to heal following dental surgery.
How does Corsodyl Spray work?
You apply Corsodyl Spray by spraying directly onto the teeth and gumsor onto other sore areas of the mouth. This allows for targeteddelivery to places that might otherwise be difficult to reach.
The mouth spray contains 0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate, an activeantimicrobial ingredient. As you apply the spray, the active ingredient,chlorhexidine digluconate acts fast to kill the bacteria that causeplaque within 30 seconds. It also forms a protective antibacterial layerover the teeth and gums to prevent plaque build up for up to 12 hours,supporting the healing of your gums.
