High Accuracy&Heat Resistance Probe: This barbecue thermometer with step-down probe design retrieves temperature precisely and quickly in 1 second. Temperature ranges from -50~300oC, accurate to ??0.5oC (0~200), ??1oC (150~300oC) which ensures you can grill meat to your perfect doneness. You can place it in oven, its ovenproof probe and mesh cable is long (1m) and thin, won’t interfere with the oven door seal.
Timer Mode and Large LCD display: This digital oven thermometer external combines kitchen timer and food thermometer in one, which features countup and countdown ability. See the actual temperature simultaneously on the 3′ big lcd screen to ensure that you cook or roast at the proper temperature.

How to set the countup and countdown timer modes:

1. Under normal startup, press [HR] or [MIN] to increase hours/minutes, long press to increase continuously.

2. If there is no time setting, short press [ST/SP] to enter the timing mode, short press [ST/SP] again to stop timing, then simultaneously press [HR] & [MIN] to reset the time to zero;

3. After setting the time, short press [ST/SP] to enter the countdown mode, short press [ST/SP] again to pause the countdown, then simultaneously press [HR] and [MIN] to reset the time to zero;

4. The buzzer sounds “DI DI DI”;

5. We can be reset the time to zero only when the timer pause.

How to set the temperature alarm

1. Under normal power-on, press the [SET] key to turn on/off the temperature alarm setting. The alarm buzzer sounds “DI DI DI”;

2. Press [SET] about 3 seconds, the “H Alarm” number flashes, press [HR] to increase the degree, press [MIN] to decrease the degree, and long press to continuously increase/decrease the degree. The temperature range is -58-572??F/ -50-300??C;

3. After setting “H Alarm”, short press [SET] again, the number of “L Alarm” flashes, and repeat the previous process. “L Alarm” temperature range is -58-476??F/-50-247??C.
