The grit decises: coarse for the hard work, fine for the finish.
Sandpapers differ in grit: the lower the number, the coarser the grit. Coarse grains are suitable for removing paint and glue residues as well as wallpaper. The coarse sandpaper will quickly remove a lot of material – but leave a rough surface. Medium grains, however, are suitable for sanding wood and metal surfaces.
Fine reading: the finishing touch – with velour and felt to a high gloss.
After fine sanding, wooden surfaces are so smooth that they can be oiled or waxed directly. It can be transformed directly to the finish, for example with the matching polish and the velour and felt polishing discs from kwb.
