NUK Night and Day Silicone Soothers
NUK Soothers have a specially designed orthodontic shape that adapts tobaby’s mouth which helps to exercise the lips, tongue and facial musclesto promotes the healthy development of their teeth and jaw. The flatshape of the soothers helps prevent pressure marks and also stops thesoother from falling out of your baby’s mouth. The NUK Air System helpsto ensure the mouthpiece remains soft and flexible. A reusable case isincluded to keep soothers clean and safe and which can also be used tohygienically treat the soothers with steam in a microwave.A soft, glowing nightlight offers reassurance at bedtime and sleep aids can help soothe and calm with lights and sounds
Care Instructions
Before first use place in boiling water for 5 minutes, use sufficientwater to avoid damage to the soother. To ensure hygiene, cleanthoroughly using mild washing up liquid and sterilise before everyfurther use. Press out any residual liquid from the baglet aftercleaning or sterilisation and let the soother dry afterwards. This is toensure hygiene. Do not clean the soother in a dishwasher as detergentscan damage the material. When using any steriliser or sterilisingsolution, please follow the manufacturer’s directions to avoid materialdamage.
Safety warning
Never attach ribbons or cords to a soother, your child may be strangledby them. Inspect carefully before each use, especially when the childhas teeth. Pull the soother in all directions. Throw away at the firstsign of damage or weakness. Do not leave the soother in direct sunlightor near a source of heat, or in disinfectant (sterilising solution) forlonger than recommended, as this may weaken the soother. In rare caseswhere children manage to put the complete soother into the mouth, Do notPanic! Due to its special design the soother cannot be swallowed andthe two aspiration holes ensure sufficient breathing. Remove the sootherfrom the child’s mouth as gently as possible. Do not dip the sootherinto medicine or sweet substances and do not lick the soother. Both cancause caries (tooth decay) to your child. Replace the soother after 1-2months use for reasons of safety and hygiene. Even without visibledamage the stability of the soother may have been weakened.
