It’s very simple; all you have to do is place an order and then send us the photo. We will take care of the rest. All portraits are created handmade using graphic design software. We offer unlimited edits for all orders. Also we never dispatch your order without your confirmation. This is to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order.
How do I send photo over?
This is simple, place an order. We will reach out to you via Amazon Message/Email. All you have to do is response back with the photos attached. You will receive a preview of your portrait within 3 business days.
What if I don’t like the art?
Every digital portrait is created to the highest standard. I’ve created over five thousand portraits in the last couple of years. Also we offer unlimited edits; this means if you’re not happy you can request changes.
Is it possible to rush my order?
Before or after you place an order let us know and we can rush your order if it’s possible this really depends on how busy we’re. We may charge you extra fee for fast delivery.
Can I change photo?
We do offer unlimited edits for all orders. But sorry to say once we’ve completed your portrait it will not be possible to change photo without paying extra fee.
