Sanding Mesh: simply better sanding

Traditional sandpapers have two key problems: they clog up easily, reducing sanding efficiency and meaning you have to regularly change to a new piece, and they can only be used on one side. Sanding Mesh solves both of these problems at a stroke. It has a hi-tech mesh construction to prevent blockage, which allows sanding dust to escape through the mesh rather than clogging it, so you reach for a new piece much less often. The mesh is coated on both sides with durable glass fibre and aluminium oxide abrasive, so when one side is finally spent you can simply turn it over and use the other side. It all adds up to a longer working life and faster, more efficient sanding than traditional sandpaper.

Sanding Mesh is suitable for a wide variety of tasks and surfaces including plaster, plasterboard (drywall), fillers, rough and smooth timber, rust removal, abrading metal and more. The 5m long roll can be used for both hand and machine sanding: it is 115mm wide which is ideal for machine sanders that use a clamping system to hold the paper in place. Note that Sanding Mesh does not have a hook and loop backing so it cannot be used on sanders that use stick-on pads.
