What is hypochlorous technology?

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a weak acid produced in all human and animal immune systems. It is the substance the cells in our bodies use to fight infections and kill invading pathogens. Hypochlorous is one of the most effective known biocides capable of killing 99.9999% of all pathogens, and leaves no chemical trace. It is the perfect antiseptic to use on the eyes, ears, and skin. RenaSan contains 0.015% hypochlorous acid. The ideal concentration to achieve the product’s efficacy against pathogens.

Hypochlorous was discovered in the 19th century by a British scientist. It was actually manufactured for the first time in the 1960s. HARD & SOFT SURFACES

Easy to Use

RenaSan is a multipurpose solution that is pain-free, sting-free, and skin-friendly for animals. RenaSan is clinically proven to kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi on contact. It is also completely benign to animal tissue as hypochlorous is part of animal bodies

Cuts and Wounds / Skin Disinfection & Insect Bites: Spray onto, or bathe the area at least twice daily and allow to dry naturally. Try to prevent your animal from licking the area for one minute after application. RenaSan can also be applied to dressings.

Eye Care: Spray or pour gently into the eye.

Ear Care: Apply liberally to the ear canal until the liquid is visible and massage the base of the ear for 30 seconds, then allow the pet to shake its head. Use two or three times daily or as recommended by your veterinarian. Can also be used for weekly ear maintenance and as a preventative after swimming.

Hard and Soft Surface Sanitation: Spray onto the area for immediate sanitation and odour control.
