Spyderco Bug
Spyderco??s micro-sized Bug is a fully functional, impressively sharp folding knife that is very much at home on a key chain. Its stainless steel handles are the perfect palette for engraving or other embellishment and its Trademark Round Holes are much more user friendly than traditional nail nicks.
The Bug has no locking mechanism to hold the blade open. Instead, the design relies on resistant pressure at the pivot area when the blade is drawn, this secures the blade while in use and prevents any injury.
Not just any knife
It is 1 5/8″ overall miniature folder with a 1 1/4″ blade. 3Cr stainless blade with thumb hole pull. Brushed stainless handles with lanyard hole.
The flat ground blade is 3Cr13MoV stainless steel available with a PlainEdge. The Bug??s handle offers a flat surfac-e for a small amount of engraving or embellishment and can be customised for use as jewellry or a gift item. The large cut-out lanyard hole is incorporated in the handle, which easily accommodates a pendant chain or keychain for convenient carry. The flat surfaced handle is ideal for engraving or embellishments with gems, making the Bug a unique gift for an avid knife collector.
