Keep it snug
The SwimBest Swim Jacket works best when fitted correctly. It ideally needs to be a snug fit and which means pulling the front panels together to zip it up. This helps keep it from riding up.
Our 8 easy to use adjustable buoyancy system puts the buoyancy in the most natural position around the chest and torso where it is needed the most. It allows the floats to be removed so that gradually the swim jacket allows the wearer to become less dependent as time and improvement allow.

Keep it real
The Swimbest Swim Jacket is designed to place a child wearer into an optimal forward swimming position. It??s great for allowing younger siblings keep up with older ones in the pool. Many kids go on holiday and practice their swimming and quite oftencome home not needing it anymore. But please remember the SwimBest jacket is not a life jacket and will not prevent drowning. It should ONLY be used with competent adult supervision.
We use soft Lycra binding around the arms of the Swimbest float jacket. This makes it much more comfortable and allows it to be used longer than nylon versions. Nevertheless water, sun and movement over an extended period can result in rubbing much the same as occurs when wearing a wetsuit. This is sometimes referred to as wetsuit rash. So we do recommend monitoring the wearers use and consider using a ??rash vest?? or shirt worn under the jacket if it is being used for a long period of time.
