HISTORY AND TRADITION
At times we could all use a little sunshine. Grown in Northern Italy, our Bergamot essential oil will bring a little drop of zesty happiness to your day, no matter how gloomy the outlook. Bergamot is a type of bitter orange with greenish-yellow skin. Its pulp is too sour to eat, so this uplifting, fruit yielding plant is grown purely for the extraction of essential oil from its peel.
The refreshing and strong citrus fragrance is also used to flavour Earl Grey tea.

- EXTRACTION METHOD: Expression ?C squeezing the oil from the peel of the fruit produces a thin oil with yellowish colour
- BLENDS WELL WITH: Frankincense, Geranium and Lemongrass
USE IN AN AROMA SPA DIFFUSER
Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oils to 100ml of water. Can also be used in an oil burner when mixed with water too
USE IN A MASSAGE BLEND
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil, such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond
USEIN A FACIAL TREATMENT BLEND
Add up to 2 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil and apply to skin in gentle, circular movements
USEIN A BATH BLEND
Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil & swirl into water
