We suggest using class 10 high speed micro sd card, no more than 32 GB. Please format the card within the setup menu before use.
Does the dash cam need to keep plug in the car charger?
The battery of the cam is only for emergence file back up. External power is required for operation. The default setting is that dash camera will automatically shut down after 10 seconds without external power.
