1. How to pair the left and right earbuds to each other?
- Normally, this bluetooth earbuds will automatically be paired to each other in 3 seconds after taken out from charging case.Only one earbud flickering means the two earbuds get paired to each other successfully.
2.How to Solve Connection Issues（Reset your earbuds??/span>
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case, wait for 10 seconds until only one earbuds flash the light. Now you can re-pair with your phone.
3. How to unpair the left and right earbuds to each other?
- If there is need to unpair the two earbuds to each other, please cancel Bluetooth connection with your cellphone first. Then, make long press for about 8 seconds on both earbuds simultaneously until both earbuds are flickering. Normally, there is no need to do this unpairing operation. If we need only one earbud, then we can just take only one of them from the charging case.
