- When you place an order for a Knot2Worry box, you will receive: A flat cardboard, pre-folded box ready to colour in and put together. Two sheets of slips for cutting up, writing worries or bad thoughts on and posting into the box. There are 10 slips per sheet, 20 slips in total. An instruction sheet, outlining how to make your box. All beautifully wrapped together!
